About Ms. Williams

Hi, there! My name is April Williams, Counselor at Magee High School. I am a graduate of Magee High and I am excited to be back. I hold a Masters degree in Mathematics from William Carey University and a Master of Education degree in School Counseling from The University of Southern Mississippi, SMTTT!

I love serving the students at Magee High School. My goal as a counselor is to help students discover their own pathway and help them make educated decisions about college and careers, while offering academic, social and emotional support.

I am excited to be a part of Magee High School and look forward to another year with you and your student. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

HELP Grant - Apply by March 31

The HELP grant, which pays full tuition at any public university (or equivalent amount at neighboring private institutions), is the only way some students are able to attend a four-year college in Mississippi. The deadline is coming up on March 31, and I wanted to share a few resources to make sure that all our eligible seniors receive HELP.
