Members of the Magee Future Farmers of America (FFA) Chapter competed in the Capital Area Federation Contest on Thursday, December 4, 2025, earning top placements in public speaking events. Lionel Hamilton, chapter president, placed third in Senior Extemporaneous Public Speaking, while Taylor Smith, chapter secretary, earned second place in Prepared Public Speaking.
Both students will advance to the district competition in March 2026. Their achievements highlight the Magee FFA Chapter's continued emphasis on leadership development, communication skills, and student success.
